HOW IT WORKS

Inflate both air chambers to 6 PSI. The drop-stitch PVC interior helps each chamber hold its shape, creating a firm target for practice.

Have a friend, parent, coach, or teammate roll the wheel across the player’s path. Start at a controlled pace, then vary the angle and speed to match the player and the drill.
